Ben & Ben songs are always good and pagtingin is one of them. 

I think a lot of people relate to this song because it talks about someone who is in love and when that person cofess to someone they like, they wish that person wouldn't change the way they interact with each other. "Dami pang gustong sabihin, ngunit wag na lang muna" This phrase means that this person has a lot to say but can't say it or he/she is just waiting for the right time. "Pag nilahad ang damdamin sana di magbago ang pagtingin" This phrase means that if a person confess to someone they like they wish that this someone wouldn't change the way they interact or wouldn't ignore them, they don't want their relationship change. "Bakit laging ganito, kailangang magka-ilangan" I guess of all lines this is the most relatable since we know that when we confess to someone they will ignore us and you will be awkward with each other. 

Overall I think this song is about someone who like someone and can't confess to that person, because they are afraid that their closeness, their bond and that their whole relationship will change. This song also tells about the things that a person want to say to the person they like, but they can't say it because they are shy or they are afraid that they will get rejected by that person. 

"Pag nilahad ang damdamin sana di magbago ang pagtingin" I guess I can say that we are all afraid of confessing or taking the risk because we are all afraid of rejection, but it is either you TAKE THE RISK OR LOSE THE CHANCE?
